TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FINE ART PRINT SALE

By placing an order for a fine art print through The Art of Michael Brugh’s ecommerce shopping cart, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern the sale of fine art prints by The Art of Michael Brugh to you.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices for fine art prints are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the ecommerce shopping cart do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be added to the total price. Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.

SHIPPING

We ship fine art prints to the address provided by you during the checkout process. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for any delay or damage caused during shipping.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All fine art print sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases where the print is damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged print, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment to initiate a return or exchange.
