The George E. Ohr Arts and Cultural Center and Biloxi's Moore Community House commissioned photographer Mary Manzke to photograph children from low-income families for an educational video and study guide on child poverty in Mississippi. The black-and-white photos depict children at play at the Moore Community House and at their homes in Biloxi. The resulting exhibit was entitled “Invest in Children: No Small Change.”
